Transcript Request

Students may access their unofficial transcript, class schedule or account information from anywhere in the world with the following three steps:

1. Click here to access "Your OU E-mail and records".

2. The information provided will assist students who need to access their records, use an OU e-mail account and activate a student web page.

 

To request an official OU Transcript, students may complete the Transcript Request Form. All requests must be in writing and include full name, social security number, date of birth, as well as the complete address to which the transcript is to be sent and the original signature of the student. Students may fax request to (405) 325-7273 or mail transcript requests to:
