Alison Smith Overbay Scholarship
The Alison Smith Overbay Scholarship is awarded each year to an Advanced Programs student who is active duty military, holds a minimum of 4.0 GPA, and has completed a minimum of 24 hours at OU toward a master's degree. The recipient of this scholarship is awarded $750.

Melanie Carson Smith Memorial Scholarship
The Melanie Carson Smith Memorial Scholarship is awarded each year to an Advanced Programs student on the Europe or Pacific campuses, holds a minimum of 4.0 GPA, has completed a minimum of 24 hours at OU toward a master's degree, and was admitted to the OU master's degree program as a conditional low-grade admission. The recipient of this scholarship is awarded $750. A request for applications is announced each spring semester.

Ruth B. Coble Public Administration Scholarship
Advanced Programs, The University of Oklahoma, is accepting
applications for the Ruth B. Coble Public Administration Scholarship.
One scholarship in the amount of $200.00 will be awarded. (May be
used for books.)

Presidential Management Fellows Program
The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program is designed to attract to the Federal service outstanding men and women from a variety of academic disciplines and career paths who have a clear interest in, and commitment to, excellence in the leadership and management of public policies and programs.
This rigorous two-year paid program includes 80 hours of formal classroom training each year, challenging assignments, accelerated promotions, developmental learning, and networking opportunities. Fellows are hired by Federal Agencies and given exposure to domestic and international issues in such areas as public administration, technology, science, criminal justice, health and financial management, to name a few.
The PMF Program seeks the best and the brightest who want to make a difference through public service. OU Norman and Tulsa-campus students who will complete a graduate degree (master’s, law, or doctoral-level degree) during the 2006-2007 academic year (September 1, 2006 - August 31, 2007) are eligible to apply.
